Mallory (she/her) MA, LLPC believes that change is possible when individuals are provided with a safe space to process experiences and life events. In her practice she focus on psycho-education of the mind, body connection, and building personal coping skills through exploring client history. She primarily uses Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) to build evidence based mindfulness and grounding, as well as play techniques in therapy when working with children. She provides therapeutic services that are specialized in working with children, teens and young adults who face anxiety, depression, limb deficiencies, and ADHD.

Therapeutic Style
Mallory provides individualized care for each clients’ personal needs. Her integration of psycho-education, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and play therapy allows her to meet every client with compassion and consideration for each walk of life.
Psycho-education – Building understanding of ones’ diagnoses as well as treatment in order to foster coping skills and strong follow-through.
ACT – Learning to better understand ones’ relationships between their thoughts and feelings, and as such, how to respond to them day-to-day.
Play Therapy– Learning to better understand the mind of a child through the natural freedom of playful expression.
