Front Desk Support

Yuri is a bilingual administrative professional fluent in English and Spanish. At Psychological Insights, she supports the team by managing front desk operations, assisting with scheduling, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for clients. Yuri is passionate about staying organized, helping others feel supported, and contributing to a positive client experience every day.

Billing Department

Rachel is a Mexican-American artist located in Michigan. At Psychological Insights, she is assisting her sister, Rebecca, in developing a successful psychological practice by ensuring timely and ethical billing practices. Rachel’s passions include a variety of art mediums, caring for her kids and nieces/nephews, and ensuring clients at Psychological Insights receive the highest quality of care.

Translation Services

Nohemi is a Mexican-American mother to 3 and grandmother to 5. At Psychological Insights she provides translation services to ensure all documents are available in English and Spanish. She coordinates with Interpreters to ensure as many languages as possible can receive services at Psychological Insights. Nohemi has a passion for serving others and is actively involved in supporting her family in Mexico in providing medical and spiritual services to underserved populations.

Administrative Assistant and Special Projects

Katie is a Master of Social Work (MSW) student at the University of Michigan with a strong passion for mental health and wellbeing. She recently graduated with a degree in psychology and is now deepening her expertise through graduate studies. At Psychological Insights, Katie supports administrative and special project tasks. She is eager to continue expanding her knowledge of the field and is committed to ensuring that clients receive the highest level of support and care.
