    Lance Howe, MS, MA, TMLP

    Therapist, Evaluator, and Clinical Manager

    Lance (he/him) provides a safe, affirming space for individuals from all walks of life, with a special focus on supporting those facing substance use challenges, members of the LGBTQ+ and Tribal communities, and individuals who have faced Trauma. By honoring each person’s unique experience, Lance ensures that therapy is inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive. Learn more about Lance here!

  • Lauren Thayer, MA, TMLP

    Therapist and Evaluator

    Lauren (she/her) is passionate about supporting clients throughout their mental health process and experiences. She works with kids, teens and adults, helping people make sense of attention, learning, and neurodivergent experiences through thoughtful, approachable psychological assessment and individual therapy.   • Mallory Waayenberg, MA, LLPC

    Therapist and Psychometrician

    Mallory (she/her) believes that change is possible when individuals are provided with a safe space to process experiences and life events. In her practice she focus on psycho-education of the mind, body connection, building personal coping skills through exploring client history. She provides therapeutic services that are specialized in working with children, teens and young adults who face anxiety, depression, limb deficiencies, and ADHD. Learn more about Mallory here!

  • Jamie Decker, MA, MLP, CAADC

    Jamie (she/her) believe therapy happens in a collaborative environment where safety and authenticity are upheld. Therapy is a place to walk alongside clients and guide them in discovering their strengths, clarifying what matters most to them, and creating a meaningful and sustainable change at a pace that feels right for them.

    She is a certified alcohol and substance abuse counselor in the state of Michigan so she specializes in treating individuals struggling with or recovering from addiction. She also works with clients in areas such as mood disorders, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship concerns, suicidality, grief/loss, and trauma. LGBTQ+and BIPOC friendly!
