Jessica Gomez-Alonso
Intern
Jessica is a clinical mental health counseling intern from Western Michigan University with a passion for working with diverse clients across the lifespan. As a first-generation Latinx counselor, she brings a culturally sensitive, client-centered approach to therapy. Jessica especially enjoys working with teens and young adults in the Hispanic community, offering a warm and grounded space for clients to explore identity, navigate challenges, and grow in self-understanding. Nicole Allen
Intern
Nicole is a clinical social work intern from Spring Arbor University, offering virtual therapy and assessments for clients ages 5 and up. She brings a warm, down-to-earth presence to her work and is especially passionate about supporting children and teens with anxiety or depression, young adults navigating transitions, and mothers facing perinatal or postpartum challenges. Nicole’s approach is person-centered and compassionate, drawing on CBT, mindfulness, and play-based techniques to help clients grow. Learn more about Nicole here!

Kaylin Zajac
Intern
Kaylin is a counseling psychology intern from Western Michigan University with a background in behavioral health and a passion for identity exploration. She brings a client-centered, affirming approach to therapy, with a special interest in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating life transitions. Drawing from a feminist framework, Kaylin creates a collaborative and inclusive space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. She works with teens and adults (15+) and offers free or low-cost sessions in English, with psychological assessments available in Spanish. Learn more about Kaylin here!

Nicole Brown
Intern
Nicole is a doctoral psychology intern at Psychological Insights, LLC with a compassionate, grounded approach to therapy. She earned her master’s in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University and is a certified DBT therapist with a passion for helping adults navigate anxiety, grief, and loss. Drawing on her years of experience as both a clinician and private practice co-owner, Nicole creates a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing and growth.
