Meet Nicole Allen (she/her)

Nicole is a clinical social work intern in her final year at Spring Arbor University. She offers virtual therapy and assessments for children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and mothers navigating the challenges of perinatal and postpartum mental health.

Nicole brings a warm, down-to-earth presence to her clinical work, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and seen. She is especially passionate about supporting children and teens facing anxiety and depression, young adults working through life transitions, and mothers experiencing postpartum or perinatal challenges. Nicole welcomes clients aged 5 and older and is committed to meeting each individual with compassion and respect.

Nicole believes that therapy should be a space where people can show up exactly as they are—without pressure or judgment. Her approach is collaborative and person-centered, focusing on each client’s unique strengths, goals, and story. Drawing from a holistic perspective, Nicole integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and play therapy methods to support emotional exploration, skill-building, and growth.
