Dr. Johnice F. Littlejohn, DO, MPH, is a compassionate and culturally attuned psychiatrist dedicated to helping individuals thrive through life’s emotional, psychological, and social challenges. She offers outpatient psychiatric medication management with a holistic lens, honoring the full complexity of each person’s experiences and identities.

About Dr. Littlejohn

Dr. Littlejohn is a proud Black woman and an advocate for inclusive, equitable mental healthcare. Her journey into medicine is grounded in a passion for healing that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and community. With a background in biology, public health, and the arts, she brings a well-rounded and thoughtful perspective to her work.

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, majoring in Biology with a minor in Theatre, and later completed her Master of Public Health and medical degree at Michigan State University. She is currently completing her psychiatry residency at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine.

Her clinical interests include adult and geriatric psychiatry, with a strong commitment to reducing disparities in mental health care for underserved populations.

Dr. Littlejohn takes a holistic and collaborative approach to psychiatric care. She believes that healing is not just about symptom management, but about reconnecting individuals with their sense of agency, wellness, and belonging.

Services Offered

Dr. Littlejohn provides outpatient psychiatric medication management for adolescents and adults (ages 15 and up). Her goal is to offer thoughtful, personalized care that aligns with each client’s mental health goals.

  • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation – $300

  • Follow-Up Medication Management Appointments – $150

Note: Dr. Littlejohn currently accepts cash-pay only. We are actively working to get her credentialed with major insurance panels and will provide updates as that changes.
