    Ayla Ludwig, Ph.D., LPC, NCC, CCC

    Counselor

    Ayla (she/her) is a person-centered therapist specializing in the unique challenges faced by young adults, college students, and those with international backgrounds. She excels in helping others navigate issues such as stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, acculturation, and career challenges.   • Kamille La Rosa, Psychologist

    Kamille La Rosa, Ph.D., LP

    Psychologist

    Kamille (she/they/siya) has special interests in providing affirming care for teens and emerging adult clients with BIPOC identity concerns (especially Asian/Asian American) and/or 2SLGBTQIA+ identity concerns to address mental health concerns stemming from historical trauma and internalized oppression.     Erica (she/her) is a licensed counselor with a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision.     Intern

    Sara is a counseling intern from Cornerstone University with a focus on addiction and trauma. She offers a compassionate and supportive space for clients to explore life’s challenges and begin the healing process. With a background in grief and bereavement counseling, Sara brings warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to client-centered care.     Intern

    Autumn is a counseling intern from Aquinas College who views therapy as a collaborative journey toward healing and growth.     Rachel Murray

    Administrative Assistant

    Rachel is a Mexican-American artist located in Michigan. At Psychological Insights, she is assisting her sister, Rebecca, in developing a successful psychological practice. Rachel’s passions include a variety of art mediums, caring for her kids and nieces/nephews, and ensuring clients at Psychological Insights receive the highest quality of care.

  • Nohemi Gomez de Murray

    Administrative Assistant and Translation Services

    Nohemi is a Mexican-American mother to 3 and grandmother to 5. At Psychological Insights she provides translation services to ensure all documents are available in English and Spanish. She coordinates with Interpreters to ensure as many languages as possible can receive services at Psychological Insights. Nohemi has a passion for serving others and is actively involved in supporting her family in Mexico in providing medical and spiritual services to underserved populations.

    Katie Maugh

    Administrative Assistant and Special Projects

    Katie is a psychology student at the University of Michigan with a passion for mental health and wellbeing. After graduation, she plans to pursue a Masters of Social Work (MSW). At Psychological Insights, Katie helps with administrative and special project tasks. Katie is eager to expand her knowledge of the field and is committed to ensuring that clients receive the highest level of support and care.
