Sara is a clinical mental health counseling student at Cornerstone University, with focused studies in addiction and trauma counseling. She brings a compassionate and thoughtful presence to her clinical work, with a strong commitment to helping people through the various crossroads and transitions of life.

Sara believes that our past experiences shape our present, and that navigating these experiences can often feel overwhelming when done alone. She offers a safe and welcoming therapeutic space where clients can explore these challenges, process difficult emotions, and begin to understand and transform unhelpful behavioral patterns.

Before beginning her clinical internship, Sara worked extensively in grief and bereavement counseling as a hospice chaplain. This experience continues to inform her warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach. Her goal is to meet each client where they are and foster hope and healing through trust, presence, and a strong therapeutic alliance.

Therapeutic Approaches:
Sara integrates a variety of evidence-based and faith-based approaches (upon request), including:
