Yolanda is deeply committed to walking alongside clients as they manage anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and other life stressors. With a cross-cultural lens and fluency in both English and Spanish, she provides affirming care to people from all backgrounds, creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered. Her clients often come seeking greater self-understanding, more effective coping skills, or support in navigating life transitions—and leave with a deeper sense of self and purpose.

She works with adults from all walks of life, including individuals from the LGBTQ+ community, people with physical disabilities, and those of any ethnic, religious, or political background. Yolanda does not currently work with children, adolescents, or individuals with certain personality or psychotic disorders.
