Cyndi is a clinical mental health counseling student at Aquinas College, with a developing focus on trauma-informed care and strengths-based approaches to mental health. She brings a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental presence to her work, rooted in the belief that healing begins with trust, safety, and authentic connection.
Cyndi believes that each person is actively building their own story—and that with compassionate guidance, validation, and a supportive therapeutic space, that story can lead to meaningful change and resilience. Her mission is to walk alongside individuals facing life’s stressors with respect, curiosity, and a trauma-informed lens that honors each client’s lived experience.
Before beginning her clinical internship, Cyndi cultivated a strong foundation in understanding the emotional and psychological impact of stress and adversity. Her counseling work is grounded in empathy, trust, and a collaborative approach that empowers clients to move forward with clarity and confidence.
